A bread with a great diversity of fiber and all associated minerals, such as magnesium. The combination of slow and natural fermentation and a large percentage of cereals, promotes slower digestion, will avoid glycemic peaks, giving this bread a greater satiating power. This recipe contains carob, which has enzymes with antioxidant properties.
