Bread pudding


  • 300 g of Sliced bread
  • 500 mL of milk
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Caramel as needed

Soften the bread in half of the warm milk and pull it apart using a fork.
Add the remaining milk, eggs, sugar and cinnamon. Beat well.
Line a dish with caramel and fill it with the mixture.
Place in a bain-marie in a medium oven.
Remove the pudding when still lukewarm and decorate it with laminated almonds.
