- Wheat bread, 2 or 3 days old
- Olive oil
- Salt as needed
Sprinkle the bread, without the crust, with a little water and put it in the oven for a few minutes.
Then cut it into cubes and, in a bowl, mix them well in olive oil Season with a little salt.
If you want to innovate, try adding garlic, pepper, rosemary or oregano to your seasoning.
After stirring well, place them on a baking tray and leave them in the oven for 15 minutes at 200º C.
When they are golden and crispy, they are ready.
