with wheat bread
Ingredients
- Slices of Wheat Bread from Gimonde
- Cheese
- Oregano
- Onion
- Olive oil from the Trás-os-Montes
- Tomato
- Red sweet pepper
Preparation
Line the bottom of a baking tray or a pizza tray with slices of Wheat bread from Gimonde.
On the slices of bread put grated cheese.
On top of the cheese, place thin slices of onion, tomato, red sweet pepper cut into strips and oregano.
Place in the oven to brown.
When serving, drizzle with olive oil from the Trás-os-Montes.
